Arctic Raku Firing presents an ancient Japanese ceramics technique practised in Kuusamo by chef and ceramist Jarmo Pitkänen from Studio Restaurant Tundra. It was his long-time dream to expand the repertoire of his ceramics studio and set the oven ready for raku.
